职位描述
Job Description:
-负责所辖区域大客户的开发，支持区域销售团队完成业绩（负责广东区域的业务）
-做好大客户的关系维护，及时解答客户的咨询，解决客户现场的疑难，以及及时处理好客户的投诉
-引导区域业务员做好现有大客户的业务渗透，不断满足客户的需求，并发掘客户的潜力
-熟悉公司内部运作流程，熟悉产品并掌握其在不同领域的应用，定期组织客户现场的培训活动，不断提高品牌的知名度和美誉度
-做好大客户的文档管理工作，并积极参与市场调研以及竞争对手分析等，做好客户发展规划和不断提高市场占有率
-配合全国大客户经理的行业战略规划，及时提供有效的信息和建议
Qualifications:
-市场营销等相关专科以上学历
-至少3年以上的市场营销和行业拓展（轨道交通，汽车制造，石油天然气，能源，食品饮料等）的相关工作经验
-良好的沟通和表达能力
-良好的团队合作精神，高度的工作热情，较强的观察力，谈判能力和应变能力
-对销售和客户维护有深刻的认知，有良好的市场判断能力和业务拓展能力，并有较强的组织管理能力和决策力。
