• Lead full stages of business process / operation excellence on basis of Group / APAC compliance regulations. 基于集团及亚太区总部的各合规要求，主导相关跨职能跨部门流程优化再造及优质运营涉及的支持工作。
• Lead Incident survey, report and improvement with trackable results. 主导异常事故调查、报告及改进，并呈现可追踪复合的成果。
• Responsible for SOP/IOP/WI control, publish and maintain the access and policy to China BU or teams for self-learning in various business scenarios. 负责SOP/IOP/WI的管控，向中国区各团队推广通过自学SOP/IOP/WI的模式完成特定业务操作。
• Support Quality Performance Review and Reporting in scheduled audit periods. 在考核周期内，回顾及汇报业务表现，以报表形式呈现的支持工作。
• Support Training & Implementation of both global and national new BCM, QC related projects. 集团及全国BCM、QC相关培训及项目实施的支持工作。
• CW1 or related system support & maintenance. CW1及相关系统的运维的支持工作。
• BCM Communication and liaison on regular basis. 日常与BCM的联络与沟通的支持工作。
• Internal & External Audit supporting. 内外部审计的支持工作。
• Any task assigned by the superior. 其他上级指派的任务。    

• College or above, major in logistics management or statistics 大专以上学历，物流管理或统计专业             
• At least 6 years working experience in forwarding industry 六年以上货运代理行业工作经验 
• Working background of operation supervisor 具有操作主管及以上工作背景优先 
• Training experience 具有培训经验 
• Experience with process re-engineering 熟悉流程改进
• Experience with project management 熟悉项目管理

• Experience with full mode process of forwarding 熟练掌握各种货代业务模式的流程    
• Expert for Edi Enterprise or CW1 system knowledge 熟练掌握EDI或CW1系统操作相关
• Be good at process improvement knowledge, such as lean, 6 Sigma, SWOT etc. 熟练掌握流程改进知识，例如: Lean, 6 Sigma, SWOT等 Software Skills 软件技能
• Familiar with MS office, good at Power Point, Excel skill 熟悉办公软件，熟练掌握Power Point, Excel的操作
• Fluent English in reading, writing & speaking 英语读、说、写流利
