职位描述

JOB SUMMARY

This employee serves as primary source of first level technical advice, guidance, support and solutions to client users in the utilization of human resources information systems and applications. Independently resolves or coordinates resolution of complex technical problems, Provide analysis of HR information and recommend action plan.

Solve Employee Relationship issue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the implementation of HRIS system.
2. Monitors, analyzes and evaluates system utilization to encourage and ensure appropriate and efficient use of applications; audits system entries and takes remedial action as deemed appropriate.
3. Analyzes need and develops and delivers individual and/or group training to users to ensure optimal and efficient utilization within the workplace of new and existing database and efficient utilization within the workplace of new and existing technology and software application.
4. Prepare and documents standard operating procedures and protocols pertaining to the use of human resources applications.
5. Provides technical consultation, problem resolution and support in the design and development of specialized human resources queries and reports, using existing database and/or spreadsheet applications.
6. Develops and coordinates the management of specialized database for internal monitoring, tracking and evaluation purposes.
7. Overseas monitors and coordinates HRIS system implementation.
8. Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment and/or systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate.
9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (Job evaluation and analysis, internal audit, etc)
10. Provide HR information analysis report and track the progress.
11. Solve Employee Relationship issue.
12. Be responsible for the C&B matters which are related system.

Requirement
1. Similar working experience(at least 3 years work experience)
2. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
3. Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions.
