任职要求：

• College degree industry or engineering field(Not required) 工业或工程领域大学学历(不是必须)

• Knowledge of relevant industry products, especially of Fastener and MRO products 相关工业产品知识，特别是紧固件和MRO产品

• Must have trackable working experience and excellent working performance in project based sales/account management/project management必须在项目型销售/大客户管理/项目管理领域内有可追溯的工作经验和优秀的工作业绩

• Prefer to have Kanban management experience (Not required) 看板管理经验(不是必须)

• Ability to travel 能够出差

• Excellent communication, presentation, Selling and negotiation skills良好的沟通，表达、销售和谈判技巧

• Proficiency in Office software熟练使用办公软件

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)流利的英语和普通话（口头和书面）

职责：

• Build long term and perfect relationship with national key account customer 与全国性客户建立良好的客户关系

• Manage to install system of kanban, ORSY or Refillo to all assigned national key account customer 做到为所有全国性客户设置看板，ORSY或Refillo系统

• Manage to increase parts category (including MRO products) to existing national kanban customer 做到增加已有全国性看板客户的出售产品的数量(包括MRO产品)

• Write sales report including GPS, Sales pipeline, customer visit weekly plan and monthly plan 填写销售报告，包括GPS，销售漏斗，客户拜访每周和月度计划

• Coordinate internally and externally for all services for national customer;协调内部和外部的事务，以提供所负责的全国性客户的良好服务

• Monitor account receivable on a monthly basis;每月例行监控区域内的客户的应收账款
