职位描述
1. Brief Description
This position is designed to manage a territory of current accounts and develop new accounts within Shanghai region; follow up company directions and corporate policies, so as to exceed outlined sales targets and objectives.
This is to be done with design and execute business plan, thorough market intelligence and aggressive daily sales activities. Communication with Trade, necessary local functional departments and overseas colleagues is crucial business development.
2. Key Result Areas
Exceed individual trade budget requirement in terms of Volume, REV and NTV, and manage the balance between them
Measurement: BVA report by sales territory, also review FEU, REV, NTV actual performance under individual Trade.
Manage market share with higher NTV contribution of potential accounts within multiple trade lanes.
Measurement: Individual sales territory performance report, Gainer and Looser report.
Manage customer expectation and satisfaction
Measurement: No. of customer complains
Capable to assist trade/sales manager, manage/execute new product/program launch
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
Perform high standard daily sales activities – planning, sales calls and customer inquiries, etc.
Initiate joint call with other trade sales/managers
Able to see the potential opportunity and develop new business, generate sales leads, and turn it into new accounts, build-up long-term & solid business relationship.
Professionally control/manage booking process to get the best combination of accounts and cargos.
Give guidance and share experience to junior sales representatives
Manage roll pool selection, and able to make decision with thorough justification, Minimize the possible complaints from customers
Effective communication with Trade/Overseas as well as CC counter part sales to conduct the sub-trade target from regional level.
Design and draft the quotation for customers coordinate with trade manager and pricing to find the best solution and maximize the profit.
Collect and analyse detailed market information, to be familiar with market situation and background, analyse in-depth with professional recommendation.
To handle complex tasks assigned by managers/directors, making comprehensive decisions alone or with manager together.
