Requirements/任职要求：

1. Bachelor  degree or above本科及以上学历

2. More than 7 years of relevant working experiences in multinational companies with the experience of leading recruitment function and people management 7年以上跨国公司相关工作经验，具备领导招聘职能及人员管理的经验  

3. Proficient interviewing and selection skills and techniques熟练的面试和选拔技巧

4. Good knowledge of labor law and local regulations 熟悉劳动法律法规

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office熟练使用办公软件

6. Good English verbal and written communication skills良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力

7. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to engage business leaders and interact with all levels of management and staff 善于影响他人及管理利益相关者，能够与业务领导、各层管理人员及员工进行良好沟通并建立良好的关系 8. Sales and service oriented with good marketing sense and networkiing skills 销售与服务导向，具备良好的营销意识及人际交往技能

Functional area/职责：

1. Identifying and clarifying the hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies and plans识别和澄清招聘需求，制定和实施招聘策略和计划

2. Expanding and managing recruitment channels to attract talents and build employer branding拓展和管理招聘渠道，吸引人才并打造雇主品牌

3. Implementing and manageing recruitment processes to ensure compliance and recruitment efficiency实施和管理招聘流程，确保合规及招聘效率

4. Leading and developing the team to achieve the recruitment target领导和发展团队以达成招聘目标

5. Developing recruitment database & talent pool and collecting market intelligence  建立招聘数据库和人才库，收集市场信息

6. Communicating and presenting recruitment status and results to business leaders to seek for feedback and improvement 与业务领导沟通并汇报招聘情况和结果，寻求反馈并改进

7. Promoting recruitment service to all the Group companies in China向中国所有的集团公司推广招聘服务

8. Providing support to employer branding and recruitment for various Group companies by organizing job fairs, campus recruitment and other activities 通过组织招聘会、校园招聘及其它活动为雇主品牌宣传及各集团公司的招聘提供支持

9. Introducing and sharing recruitment platforms and resources with various Group companies through all kinds of channels to build synergies 通过各种渠道向各集团公司介绍与分享招聘方面的平台和资源，构建协同效应
