天津招聘

岗位职责：

1、 具备3年以上手机app设计及制作工作经验，能独立完成整个小程序和app的设计；
2、有扎实的美术功底，良好色彩搭配和审美观,精通设计相关软件，如Photoshop、Illustartor、AI、flash等；
3、对用户体验方面的理论有一定的了解和认识，有丰富的网页设计和交互设计经验；
4、具有较高的审美观点和敏锐的观察力；
5、设计小程序，有小程序经验优先考虑。

任职资格：
1、美术、平面设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、具有较高的艺术设计能力，审美观点，有三年以上软件界面设计工作经验，有完整的个人作品；
3、对设计流程及用户需求有深入理解，并具有很好的沟通能力；
4、熟练使用Photoshop，Illastrator，flash等绘图及制作软件；
5、对各类软件的界面及交互以及对数码产品有浓厚的兴趣；
6、有良好的团队合作精神，待人热忱，思维敏捷，良好人际沟通能力，有责任心和上进心；
