天津招聘

岗位职责：

1、接收订单以及安排订舱、确认船期、集装箱跟踪、报关、客户结算，签发提单等事宜；

2、制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；

3、核对提单及文件的制作，能独立进行出口业务一票到底的操作；

4、单证及文件的整理及归档等；

5、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职资格：

1、3年以上海运出口操作工作经验优先；

2、熟悉美国线操作流程优先考虑；

3、有一定英文水平，电脑操作熟练;

4、工作态度认真积极，有良好的客户服务意识，沟通能力，能够对客户在业务上的要求耐心解答；

5、头脑灵活反应快，品行端正，细心认真，条理清楚，责任心强，善于学习新的事物；

6、工作稳定性高、愿与公司共同发展。
