Responsibilities:

-This position will support several functions/Product Lines/Projects in North Asia, covering around 200 employees including around 20 expats and rotators;

-This is a HR full function/senior generalist role as an internal consultant to provide day to day consulting service to employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.

-In this position, the individual will work very closely with business unit line managers in the implementation of corporate policies/programs related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit level.

-Implement HR Agenda, coach and advise to line managers from HR perspective on daily operation such as hiring, promotion, salary increase, discipline, transfer, relocation, etc to enhance the execution of the business strategy and optimize performance.

-In this position, the individual will work with Center of Excellence (COE, regional Functional HR) and shared service center to ensure HR transactional process runs smoothly as the process owner;

-Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change, country HR policy review, succession planning, talent development, recent graduate hiring, employee handbook review, supplementary insurance program, bonus plan, etc).

-Assists HRM and senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and process-oriented perspectives, also provide solution to day to day HR cases;

-Conduct Expat Managers’ education, especially focus on local labor law.

-Implement Redundant Program and deal with Employee relation/investigation cases under the support from business managers, HRM and legal counsel;

-Develop and review labor agent contracts, and responsible for labor agents management together with other team members;

- Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.

- Think, act and work as an HR-within-Business to drive human resource related improvement initiatives into the business team.

- Other works may assigned by direct manager;


Requirements:

- A trustworthy person of integrity.

- This position requires at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or equivalent major with 8 or more years of related HR hands on experience and 5 years Generalist or business partner experience, from a MNC company background.

- Fluent English

- Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.

- The ideal individual must have proven capability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment in Change Management;

- Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people, have capability to build relationship with business managers and build up personal influence among business line managers;

- A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.

- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Be able to coordinate priorities and initiatives.

- Ability to work under pressure, and be able to travel with 30% working hours;
