职位描述
The primary accountabilities include:
Schools Relationship (校园关系)
1、Develop and maintain partnerships with Universities and Schools worldwide according the strategic needs
根据战略需求开发和维护与世界各地大学和学校的合作关系
2、Initiate and deliver various recruitment activities to improve candidate’s journey experience with Aden, improve organizational effectiveness and employee’s satisfaction.
发起并提供各类招聘活动以提高候选人对埃顿的了解和感知,提高组织效率和员工的满意度。
3、Represent the company in appropriate professional and community organizations; Ensure good relations with local and international partners and associations.
代表公司对社区组织进行专业化得宣讲,确保与当地和国际合作伙伴和协会良好的关系。
4、Analyze and study the industry trend to ensure recruitment strategies are align with the market in order to remain competitive
分析和研究行业趋势,确保招聘策略与市场保持一致,以保持竞争力
5、Manage planning and budget for annual activities
管理年度活动的计划和预算
Employer Communication (雇主沟通):
1、Participate on the development of the Employee Value Proposal and Initiate the Employer Branding activities in order to enhance company’s ability in attracting, recruiting and retaining ideal employees
参与制定员工价值建议并发起雇主品牌活动,以提高公司吸引、招募和留住理想员工的能力
2、Build compelling, credible messages, content and tools to retain talent,
建立引人注目、可信的内容和信息招聘并留住人才,
3、Implement channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
执行渠道开发,数字和非数字就业营销,全面的招聘活动规划,人才规划等
4、Identifying new channels for attracting top Talent and new employer brand campaigns,
识别吸引***人才和新雇主品牌活动的新渠道,
5、Support change management efforts internally
支持内部的变更管理工作
6、Develop and implement internal & external communication strategy
制定并实施内外部沟通策略
7、Work closely with HR managers
与人力资源经理紧密合作
8、Develop measurement process to ensure successful implementation of communication and change plans
制定测量流程,确保沟通和变更计划的成功实施

The ideal candidate should possess:
1、Minimum of 3-5 years in a branding/marketing role;
至少3-5年品牌/市场相关职位的工作经验;
2、Experience in influencing a team of senior managers, and leading, projects within a multicultural environment
有在多元文化环境中影响高级管理团队和领导项目的经验
3、Network of International Schools and Universities
拥有良好的国际学校和大学的人际关系网络
4、Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, and in conducting presentations to an Executive teams at Industry conferences
