Summary of
Position: The primary responsibility of leading and driving overall improvement projects in our suppliers with a focus on improved quality, lower costs and lead-time reduction. Improve supplier capability to meet the requirements, and upgrade them to the world-class supply base. This position also has responsibility for sourcing in the food category.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:

1、Provide strategic and tactical leadership, including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, identifying new suppliers, cost reduction to be in line with Company Compliance Policy
2、Purchasing management, project and price negotiation, supplier evaluation and management, quality checking , operation of import ＆ export, warehouse management
3、Review the existing suppliers and identify and introduce new suppliers.
4、Deploy strategic sourcing
5、Deploy cost breaking and negociation skills
6、Deploy process for supplier management.
7、Very good communication to challenge status quo


Key Skills and
Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:

1、Be familiar with develop new suppliers with new material
2、Proficient in PC based software used companywide & Microsoft suite applications
3、Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Education &
Experience
Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess:

1、Bachelor degree
2、Better be fluent in English
3、At least 5 years experience in supply chain
