Component Engineer (Radio):

  

  

Scope of work:

  

• Communicate Radio specification to supplier to ensure they understand the requirements
• Lead a compliance matrix specification / requirements review with the supplier
• Establish an MS Project work plan with the supplier that supports overall program timing (update monthly)
• Manage the supplier to deliver a Radio product that meets APAC requirements
• Develop validation test acceptance criteria and communicate it to the supplier
• Validate the final SW and HW with the supplier to ensure specification compliance was met
• Lead development activities of China connectivity to meet leading vehicle launch timing
• Weekly meeting with supplier to review program status (weekly)
• Weekly project status report meeting to align progress and escalate issues to supervisor

  

  

Education level:

  

- BS and above degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechanical Engineering

  

  

Qualification Requirements

  

1. Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English

2. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) capability

3. Ability to communicate and work well with others

4. Advanced capability in MS Office and MS Project software

5. Familiarization with DOORS or other specification development software

6. Ability to clearly communicate technical specification and regulatory requirements to suppliers

7. Understanding of general automotive technologies, including CAN/LIN, diagnostic, real-time operational system and vehicle E/E

8. Understanding of automotive electronic product development process in the field of SW / HW / ME

9. Skills in EBOM, issue tracking, change management and requirement management

10. Expert in tuner, audio/video handling, BT/USB protocol, navigation and HMI design principles.

11. Ability to work with cross-functional team of management and project managers (domestic and overseas) and take ownership and responsibility to get issues solved

12. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

13. BS or MS in Electrical or Automotive Engineering

14. 3+ years of professional experience in digital / analog electronic product development

15. Famous Tier 1 supplier work experience is a plus

工作范围：

  

• 向供应商传达汽车信息娱乐系统的规范，以确保他们了解要求

• 与供应商一起领导合规矩阵规范/要求审查

• 与支持总体项目时间安排的供应商建立微软项目工作计划（每月更新）

• 管理供应商交付满足亚太地区要求的汽车信息娱乐系统产品

• 制定验证测试验收标准并将其传达给供应商

• 与供应商一起验证最终软件和硬件，以确保符合规范要求

• 领导中国互联网络的开发活动，以满足领先的车辆上市时间

• 每周与供应商召开会议，审查项目状态

• 每周召开项目状态报告会议，以协调进度并将问题上报给主管

                  

  

教育水平：

  

• 电气/自动化/机械工程学士及以上学位

  

  

资格要求：

  

1）熟练的书面英语和流利的英语口语

  

2）MS Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）功能

  

3）与他人沟通和工作的能力

  

4）微软办公软件和微软项目软件的先进能力

  

5）熟悉DOORS或其他规范开发软件

  

6）能够向供应商清楚地传达技术规范和法规要求

  

7）了解通用汽车技术，包括CAN/LIN、诊断、实时操作系统和车辆E/E

  

8）了解SW/HW/ME领域的汽车电子产品开发过程

  

9）具有EBOM、问题跟踪、变更管理和需求管理方面的技能

  

10）调谐器、音频/视频处理、BT/USB协议、导航和HMI设计原则方面的专家

  

11）能够与管理层和项目经理（国内外）的跨职能团队合作，并负责解决问题

  

12）具有良好的书面和口头沟通能力

  

13）电气或汽车工程理学学士或理学硕士

  

14）3年以上数字/模拟电子产品开发专业经验

  

15）有著名的一级供应商工作经验者优先
