Duties and Responsibilities / 义务与责任

1) Constantly seek mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers to ensure best value is achieved and maintained; To ensure adherence to local and applicable foreign laws and regulations as well as internal standards;

维持与供应商双赢的关系以确保达到和维护商业的最大值。确保按照国内标准合理的适用国内以及国外的法律和法规

2) Obtain a keen understanding of business requirements and, together with good problem solving and proactive communication skills, to value add and support internal and external stakeholders;

除有敏锐的商业所需求的理解力外，还应该能很好的预见以及妥善处理问题以贡献于内部和外部有关利益方的

3) Manage long term relationship with senior management of partnership vendors to ensure company will benefit from best in class pricing, service terms and technology

保持与战略伙伴供应商良好长期的关系，以确保公司在按顾客分类的定价价格，服务条款和技术支持等方面获取最大利益

4) Accountable to set appropriate performance measurements on Preferred vendors and constantly improving quality of Preferred vendors in the areas of total cost, quality, supply and innovation;

设立对首选供应商适当的表现测评，并持续的在价格，质量，供应以及产品革新等领域提高首选供应商的质量

5) To ensure that every Preferred vendor relationship is set up for future continuous improvement of cost down and to lead and manage the measurement and review process that ensures delivery of on-going improvement;

确保与每一个供应商的关系是建立在为了长期持续的成本削减，领导和管理供应商考评方法，持续改进交货流程等的基础上。

6) To adopt, lead and implement Sourcing Management as a structured process creating and leading cross-functional teams. Once approved, to personally lead the sourcing, negotiations and contracting to put in place the right suppliers;

采纳，引导和贯彻比如组织程序创立和领导跨部门团队等采购管理方法。一旦被核准，亲自领导资源开发、谈判以及合约跟踪等

7) To ensure sufficient controls (including documentations) put in place to provide reasonable assurance to the adherence to policies, standards and applicable laws

Minimum Education Requirements / 最低学历要求：
University/colleage degree
Minimum Experience Requirements / 最低经验要求：
At least 5 years sourcing manager experience. Automotive or construction industrial is prefered
Essential Skills / 必备技能：

1) At least 5 years of sourcing experience including practice and leadership of sourcing management Proven leadership in outsourcing, strategic agility and team building;

至少5年的采购经验，包括采购操作以及采购部门的管理。并能足够证实在外部采购、战略敏捷性和团队建设方面的领导才能。

2) Highly ethical and possess effective negotiation, project management, creative problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Possesses high quality project and program management shills and a proven ability to manage change both internal and external through to successful completion;
