职位描述
岗位职责：
1.了解部门需求，进行简历筛选工作。
2.组织和执行招聘计划，包括通知和安排面试等；
3.维护和招聘渠道的关系，及时发布招聘广告，管理招聘信息。
4、发布职位信息，收集简历，初步筛选，安排面试；
8、跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况，更新和维护人才储备库；
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历
2.具有相关招聘工作经验
3.良好的沟通能力和抗压能力
