• 职责描述：
  - Warranty claim management and report to relative department timely, initiate actions to reduce warranty cost in the field.
  - Initiate tear down analysis, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare technical reports.
  - Work with warranty group to establish a robust monitoring process for field quality. 
  - Maintain lessons learned system and share ideas with the global and local team. Introduce design changes to avoid future warranty cases.
  - Attend regular global meeting.
  - Closely cooperate with operations, quality and engineering to seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
  任职要求：
  - Bachelor degree or above, engineering background, mechanical preferred 
  - 3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry, preferred in quality / warranty area. 
  - Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application 
  - Customer knowledge
  - Good communication and coordination skills and team work style.
  - Good English both in written and oral.
