4. KPI/ 考核指标

- Achieve the monthly/yearly spare parts turn over and profit accordingly budget

- On time delivery of spare parts to customers preventing air freights from Germany

- Responsibility for accuracy of inventory of spare parts

5. Duties and Responsibilities / 义务与责任

1 Active Spare parts sales by frequent customer contacts (telephone and visits)

2 Prepare the quotations for the customers related to our Service staffs proposals and follow up the successful finalization.

3 Finalize the spare parts contracts with customer

4 Manage and control the spare parts stock accordingly the necessary market demand and being responsible for the inventory.

5 Initiate the spare parts order process internally accordingly the required delivery date.

6 Arrange the transportation of the spare parts to the customers.

7 Prevent air freights for frequent spare parts by keeping the necessary stock

8 Follow up the customer payment and prevent due account receivables.

9 Create sales orders in SAP

10 Create Spare parts pricing policy

11 Commercial management (contract check, transportation, sales orders) of machine sales for domestic and export market and the necessary communication.

12 Ensure the on time invoicing for Services done for domestic customers or PSP and follow up the payment receiving.

13 Prepare the annual spare parts budget and follow up the achievement

14 Build up a data base for life times of wear parts.

6. Qualification Guidelines / 资质要求

Minimum Education Requirements / 最低学历要求：

College above, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Electrical Engineering or a related field

Minimum Experience Requirements / 最低经验要求：

At least 3 years working experience in spare parts sales or related work.

Essential Skills / 必备技能：

1 Background of technical related field with commercial sense

2 Good communication skills with customers.

3 Good verbal and written skills in English and Chinese

4 Teamwork spirit and strong sense of Responsibility is a must.

5 Be familiar with SAP system would be a plus either.

6 Good knowledge of MS-office and IT Skills.
