WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO ?岗位职责

1. To provide kinds of legal advice, review and draft legal documents for relevant legal matters, to improve the internal regulations/policies system.

对公司各类法律事务提供相关法律支持与建议，审核、起草相关法律文件，完善公司的各项法律制度。

2. To Set up internal contract management system, standardize the contract signing, reviewing, management and performance, etc., to develop different standard contract template.

参与谈判，负责公司各部门的合同草拟、审核，对公司各类合同的签订、履行、变更、终止与解除等合同流程进行管控，针对不同类别情况制定公司的标准合同文本。

3. To cooperate with other team members to fulfill the brand protection and intellectual property protection work.

建立、健全公司法律风险控制体系、内部管理控制体系，并负责监督落实和执行情况。

4. To deal with other assigned routine legal affairs.

处理公司交办的其它法务相关工作。

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 任职资格：

1. Legal background - Bachelor or above degree, overseas study or working experience would be preferred.

法律相关专业，本科及以上学历，有海外学习工作经历者优先。

2. PRC lawyer’s qualification with 3 years’ in house experience or post-qualification experience for law firm, relevant industry background (FMCG) will be preferred.

通过司法考试，三年以上公司法务或律所工作经验，具有快消行业经验者优先。

3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and proficient in PC knowledge, including MS Word，EXCEL & PowerPoint.

英语口语流利书面表达能力强，熟练使用常用办公软件。

4. With strong commercial legal knowledge and experience in corporate law, contract law, as well as intellectual property law.

具备较强的民商事法律知识和经验，熟悉公司法、合同法以及知识产权法。

4、Responsible, with good communication and coordination ability and execution capacity.

责任心强，具有良好的沟通协调能力和执行力。

5、With rigorous thinking, conscientious working attitude and able to work under pressure.

思维严谨、做事认真、能够承受较强的工作压力。

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.

品牌创始人Filip Tysander在一次环球旅行中遇到一位气质独特穿着考究的英国绅士，他佩戴着的复古手表搭配有着岁月痕迹的尼龙表带。Filip从这样佩戴尼龙表带的方式中获得灵感，并创立了自己的手表品牌 – 设计简约而精致。
