Position Summary

• Managing Sourcing and procurement process for China Indirect procurement, met business requirement and project target so to support China business growth.
• Define key commodity strategy per business strategy, ensure right supplier portfolio and align with function leader
• Managing bidding and RFQ process, leading cross-function teams to prepare bidding, analysis bidding result and scorecard and determine best overall value to the organization.
• Investigates suppliers to confirm evaluation of capability, service, cost and overall suitability.
• Delivery negotiation saving and cost avoidance and best possible commercial terms to benefit company interest.
• Define and manage key supplier relationship to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, compliance and quality
• Establish and report on measurable performance metrics for all indirect procurement activities, including: PO release time, new supplier on board, bidding process, etc.
• Key important procurement data base management to meet compliance requirments
• Institute control mechanism throughout the process, with user, supplier

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Leading cross function/supplier to execute bidding process: prepare bidding, analysis result, and evaluation bidding scorecard. Have the capability to handle end to end indirect procurement process, supplier management and stakeholder management
• Cost/Price analysis and negotiation to maximum company benefit
• Purchasing order approval and release
• Continue to improve contract management process. Contract term negotiation and contract master data management. Work with internal function to renew contract timely to reduce business risk
• Sourcing new supplier per commodity strategy or project needs, understand market trend and situation. New supplier evaluation and assessment
• Supplier complaints and issues corrective action and follow up. Regularly review supplier performance with supplier to build up first-class supplier performance.
• Regularly communication with business leader for urgent needs, prepare in advance.
• Reports, spending analysis, procurement documentation management to fulfil compliance requirement
