LEED Consultant



Responsibility

1. Provide green building consulting services and analysis to support LEED and other green building projects

2. Take management responsibility from start to finish for multiple projects

3. Perform whole building energy simulation - in preparation of LEED reports and other energy efficiency services

4. Be source of proposition for feasible, economic green building solutions, in view of energy efficiency and / or green building certification

5. Help identify and implement cost-effective and environmentally-responsible green building strategies

6. Manage LEED documentation process

7. Prepare paper work including: LEED reports, Energy simulation reports,

8. Author consultancy reports

9. Support in developing checklist tools, review tools, reporting tools, for various types of LEED missions

10. Support in developing Green Building Label (CN) consultancy as requested by clients

11. Audit and simulation works for energy efficiency missions, carbon footprint missions,

12. Participate and follow up with client in other environmental missions such as Indoor Air Quality testing

13. As LEED Consultant, participate in meetings with potential clients during advanced discussions



Requirements

1. Mechanical, electrical or Civil background

2. Bachelor or master degree in relevant field

3. Plus 2 years work experience, preferable consultancy

4. LEED AP accreditation

5. Experience in building energy simulation and building energy optimization

6. Proficient with building energy simulation software (Energy Plus, Design Builder, eQuest, etc.)

7. Past experience in LEED consultant project management

8. Experience in preparing LEED credit submittals

9. Fluent speaking and writing in English

10. Strong leadership skill and know how to motivate people

11. Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal

12. Excellent computer proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)

13. Familiar with other building simulation software is a plus (daylight simulation, outdoor boundary illumination, etc.)
