1. Sets up proper physical organization (layout) of the warehouse (racks, locations, ...) to facilitate Inventory management while respecting the rules of health and safety. Maintains good and proper storage conditions to respect products quality, efficient capacity use and to meet health and safety requirements.

2. Consults regulary suppliers delivery planning, monitors unload operations, inspects and validates incoming quantities and storage operations in the warehouse according to agreed criterias and rules. Records all inputs in the information system.

3. Controls and validates quantitative and qualitative returnable package reception, storage and records in the information system.

4. Plans and monitors raw materials and packaging load for machines according to production requirements and assures FIFO application rule and efficient moves.

5. Oversees scrap collection process per shift from production and rewinding such as weighting, labelling of collected scrap big bags, records in the information system and prepares scrap shippment.

6. Checks regulary storage capacity and locations and takes appropriate actions in order to meet efficient capacity use and prevent operators' errors.

7. Oversees finished goods preparation activities (according to pick lists) including physical preparation , items Scanning, Galia label sticking, confrontation of Galia Labels Vs Production Labels. Generates the reconsiliation report from the information system and takes adequate remediation actions if needed.

8. Oversees Finished goods packaging activities according to customers specifications and supervise trucks loading.

9. Assures regularly the reliability of raw material, consumable products and packaging inventory by realizing cycle counts and participates in the preparation and implementation of legal counts.

Prepares, communicates and reviews Raw materials, consumable and packaging Inventory KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems in line with the Logistics Department and company's objectives.
