1. Lead and guide cross functional teams to identify root causes and corrective actions after Branch controlled corrective/containment actions are in place.
2. Perform multiple simultaneous quality/process improvement / back belt projects.
3. Lead group/cross functional teams to address top Cost Of Poor Quality issues.
4. Provide local Branch personnel with guidance as necessary to support Branch Black Belt projects. Such guidance includes but is not limited to:
5. Part measurement and data collection
6. DOE and trial runs
7. Implementation of countermeasures and corrective actions
8. Maintain close working relationship with headquarter personnel through travel and tele-conferences as necessary.
9. Communicate progress to quality manager, quality director and general manager.

Qualification Requirement

1. English Skills

Good Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing, accurate information to internal/external customers

1. Working Experience

Total working years 8+ years, Automotive Experience 5+ years

1. Education Background

Bachelor (Master is preferred).

1. Professional Certification: MSA, SPC, FMEA & CP, 8D, DOE, Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred
