职位描述

Key Objectives: 

?Practice product Go-to-market across different functions. 

?Contribute to company profit with efficient collaboration and product planning through the new GTM way of working

?Drive business relationship and interact with operational teams include sales, finance, risk and marketing teams to develop new business and sustain current business across segments.

?Understand market needs and customer insights to design customer-centric financial products that drive effective leads acquisition, fast and high ticket conversion and re-targeting value. 

?Drive life time value throughout the customer journey across different segments of customers. 

?Demonstrate strong analytical thinking on product innovation, deployment and evaluation, for both short team and long term influence to P&L. 

Responsibilities:

?Responsible for product GTM strategies both online and offline. Build business critical insights using customer journey understanding and data analytics. Define product priorities and resources. Ensures product readiness across functional alignment of goals and execution. 

?Deliver of product roadmap and plans. Monitor the performance of the business and product metrics. Ensure a successful execution of product GTM strategy that drives company business growth. 

?Transform HCC into an orchestrated setting of go-to-market strategy with defined period. Ensure best-in-class execution and operations to realize GTM efficiency. Provide analytical and strategic input, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

?Define product GTM business model within product design team and drive to actions with cross functional teams. To define key business opportunities and develop a sustainable and competitive business model for products.

?Develop and lead pilot projects to understand/verify customer insights, sharpen product value proposition and deliver best-in-class execution to launch.

?Take leadership to communicate, advocate and collaborate with cross functional teams to make it happen.

?Strengthen operation management across functions

?Project management with clear project assessment criteria, time planning, milestones review, red flag possible delay, refine operation process and KPI measurement. 

?Optimize customer based operation management include application process, customer related sales and marketing process to improve productivity.

?Follow through and sync up hand in hand with system development team

?Demonstrate the core values of Home Credit: Entrepreneurial, focused on result, innovative and fair

任职要求:

Qualifications, Experiences and Personal Competencies:
?Minimum 5-8 years’ experience with product management. Go-to-Market management experiences a must. Business development experience preferred. 
?Minimum 3 years of management experience. 
?Strong ownership, proactive, responsive and adaptive to fast changing business environment. Working experience in start-up companies preferred. 
?Strong analytical skills, sensitive to financial numbers and experience in financial product planning. 
?Proven ability to turn market trends, customer needs into useful financial product insights to achieve business goals.
?Excellent collaboration and presentation skills. 
?Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus.
?Fluency in English a must, verbal and written
