Overview

We are Looking for a professional and independent Marketing and Communications Specialist that has proficient knowledge of expanding brand awareness, organizing events and creating contents.

Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager, China, this role is responsible for development and execution of an integrated marketing communications program which supports the achievement of Exyte China’s business objectives.

Working closely and collaboratively with a wide range of key stakeholders, he/she will contribute to key communications activities to enhance Exyte’s leadership position in the industry and make a positive impact to Exyte, its customers and employees.

You will support key brand building and marketing activities in China, including development and adaptation of marketing creatives from global/ regional marketing, cross-functional campaign/ activity implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.

You will also support the development and implementation of internal communications activities across the APAC region, including the development of APAC Employee Newsletter, intranet, internal announcements and town-halls.

All activities must be in alignment with the global brand and style guide, work towards building the Exyte brand and contribute to customer and employee engagement across our Greater China markets.

Main Duties

Digital marketing and social media management

• Implementation of digital marketing program/ tools(eg WeChat, email marketing, LinkedIn)

• Develop and manage marketing activities on social media platform

• Support content management for China on Exyte website

Communications Execution

• Coordinate with Germany and APAC Marketing teams and country offices on all marcom related matters

• Adapt global/ regional material to ensure relevance to local market needs

• Collaborate with APAC marketing and business development teams to ensure brand consistency, including graphic design and presentation template.

• Manage marketing collaterals with high quality of translation, layout and printing.

• Co-ordinate and liaise with the local media and/ or vendor on implementation in local markets

• Develop and maintain up-to-date regional library of images, print and online assets including corporate presentations, brochures, fact sheets, project references ensuring all material promote a consistent image of Exyte in alignment to brand identity and style guide

Employee Communications

• Support the development of regional employee communications activities including APAC employee newsletters and intranet

• Support Country MDs and HR with employee/ internal communications

Other Duties

• Occasional travel (including overseas)

• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualification

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business and/or English or equivalent

Years of Experience

• 3 years of related working experience

Type of Experience

• Experience in marketing/ communications role in a B2B MNC organization

• Experience across online and offline marketing channels including social media

• Experience working within an APAC/Global Marketing team would be an advantage
