PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS / 个人能力描述：

1.全日制大学本科毕业，汽车工程、机械工程、高分子材料或相关专业学士学位；

Full-time University graduate, major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Material & Engineering or related engineering graduate.

2.具有3年以上的质量工作经验，熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 等管理体系。有应对本田、丰田、日产、广汽、通用、大众、上汽等的工作经验者优先；

3+ years working experience in quality management, familiar with the ISO9001/ IATF16949/ ISO14001/ OHSAS18001 system. Supplier experience of Honda, Toyota, Nissan, GAC, General Motors, VW, SAIC etc. is preferential.

3.熟悉质量控制工具APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA 等；

Familiar with quality tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.

4.具有塑料零件和金属零件的基础知识，可熟练识别工程图纸；

Have basic knowledge of plastics and metal products, skillful at engineering drawings. 

5.具有汽车供应链供应商管理经验者优先；

Experience in automobile supply chain supplier management is preferred.

6.具有质量成本管理管理和控制经验者优先；

Experience in Cost of Poor Quality Control and Management is preferred.

7.具有良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

8.具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，具有良好的工作压力承受能力；

With good team work and communication skills, able to withstand the strong pressure of work. 

9.具有良好的办公软件应用能力和英语读写能力；

Good command of office software application and good English in Written communication.?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES / 任务和职责 ：

1.参与现场质量问题的分析和处理，定性数据的统计分析和质量改进项目；

Participate in on-site analysis and handle of quality problem, statistical analysis of qualitative data and quality improvement projects.

2.协助质量体系审核，过程审核，产品审核和顾客审核等，协助编制和提交相关报告，和体系工程是一起进行体系改善，优化内部流程等

Assist in quality system audit, process audits, product audits and customer audits, submit reports on time. And do the quality system improve.

3.确认编制/更新的品质检查标准，负责检验和试验管理的持续改善；

Confirm new and updated inspection instructions/standards, continue to improve and streamline the inspection and testing process.

4.协助顾客投诉的内部处理、跟踪和解决；

Responsible for handling, following and solving customer complaints

5.参与原材料和外购件的供应商品质管理和控制；

Participate in supplier quality control and management for raw materials and outsourcing parts.

6.负责不良质量成本的管理和控制；

Responsible for Cost of Poor Quality Control and Management.

7.协助参与文件、记录、图纸等的控制管理；

Assist in documents, files records and drawings control management.

8.参与部门的持续改进和流程优化；

Assist in continuous improvement and working process optimization of Quality Management Department.

9.上级安排的其他工作。

Complete other works assigned by Quality Manager.
