We are looking for a smart, metrics and results-oriented individual who will be instrumental in improving customer experience and growing our business. In this role, the Marketing Operations specialist, will support the marketing team to meet organizational goals and initiatives, in providing essential data analyses and reports to Marketing team and management team, and operating critical Marketing related processes. This person will also support the Marketing channel owner and Business Planning Manager on developing and implementing the Go-To-Market model and other key Marketing and Sales related processes by providing necessary data analyses. On top of that, we are also expecting the candidate has the potential to learn and drive marketing activities for the Amazon.cn thru DMP Ads platform, with a specific focus on generating increased ROI with the app. he/she will create and execute effective paid DMP/DSP strategies, launch new marketing programs, build relationships with networks and publishers, and optimize for return on investment and cost efficiency. As part of the CN marketing team you will play an instrumental role as we seek to acquire new high value customers and increase engagement with Amazon via our mobile platforms. 

    

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly or monthly Marketing performance analysis and reports: collecting related Marketing data from IT systems, conducting data analysis, and publishing reports to the team on time with no error
  • Own various data analysis for management team’s decision making, including sales performance analysis, product line analysis, sales productivity analysis, and marketing activities efficiency etc.
  • Manage the data integrity by providing weekly usage reports to Marketing and Marketing managers, and following up with Marketing managers and individual sales to ensure the data integrity
  • Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of DMP/DSP advertising initiatives to drive sales/engagement of the Amazon.cn.
  • Design, test and implement new specific programs to generate higher ROI DMP/DSP paid ads
  • Track and analyze industry and competitor trends, understand implications for the Amazon Shopping and drive the necessary actions to react to them.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and multiple top DSP ad networks (e.g. Tencent, Toutiao. etc).
  • Collaborate closely with DMP technical, business, and design teams within Amazon to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects.
  • Coordinate with other cross Amazon Mobile marketing professionals to leverage relationships, establish best practices for marketing and advertising initiatives

                                        

Basic Qualifications

    

· More than two years’ experience in data analytical roles in Finance, Marketing Operations, Market Planning
· Capable of providing correct data analyses under time pressure; Mastery of data analytical tools, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Access
· Self-motivated, data-driven, quick learner
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
· Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Math, or related field

    

Preferred Qualifications

    

· Experience in E-commerce environment, high-tech products/marketing preferred.
· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
· Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
