6. 产品品质和产能与领班共同担当，作为绩效考核

要求：

1.了解冲压工艺

2.掌握冲压机器的操作要求和点检保养要求

3.掌握该工位模具、备件的使用要求

4.掌握冲压原材料的性能及主要质量异常（毛刺、压伤等）

5.掌握该工位所涉及的外观要求，关键尺寸SPC识别及管控要求

6. 3年以上电子类产品制造型企业冲压模具试模、保养工作经历
