一、Medical Strategy

1. Integrate ACN Medical Affair into medical Affairs Global.

2. Developing meaningful medical strategy aligned with regional medical and local business group.

3. Implementing medical strategy with solid and aligned medical activities.

4. Providing scientific input to brand strategy.

5. Budget Management according to global requirement.

二、Post Marketing Study programs

1. To maximize the value of (new) products, continuously find out and meet unmet medical needs for internal/external customers.

2. Be proactive in generating ideas for studies and identifying areas where research, new data and new materials may be beneficial to the Company.

3. Evaluate proposed research concept and/or protocols from Health Care Personnels for Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR), for medical/scientific merit and appropriate design.

4. Develop Post Marketing Study proposals with high scientific value.

5. Medical monitoring through the whole process of study.

6. Managing publication according to related POL/SOP.

三、Support new product launch

1. Integrate medical strategy into company objective.

2. Set up well aligned medical plan to support new products launch.

3. Cooperate with regional and Brand Team for launch materials preparation.

四、Promotional materials

1. Reviewing all promotional materials following Promotional Material Review POL/SOP timely.

2. Support online review system maintenance & enhancement.

五、Training

1. Preparing medical training materials.

2. Carrying out medical training.

六、Stakeholder relationships

1. Continuously enhance communication with key biz partners.

2. Providing medical support to internal customers.

3. Developing and managing Key Opinion Leader relationships.

七、PV and compliance related

1. Following company’s policy on pharmacovigilance.

2. Following company’s policy on compliance.

Qualifications：

1. Medical or pharmacy background, Master degree or above.

2. Good English communication skills for daily work – written and oral.

3. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office software.

4. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.

5. Cross-cultural awareness, ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

6. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to resolve project issues independently.

7. Team spirit and teamwork ability.

8. 3+ years medical affairs experience in the multinational pharmaceutical industry.

9. Medical expertise/experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s).

10. Advanced scientific degree.
