职位描述
Project Support（项目支持）：
1. Learn to use T+ ERP system and T+ warehouse management system (create Purchase Requisition and sales order etc.)
2. Split order by different inventory ownership
3. Create/maintain/reconcile inventory report by different ownership
4. Monitor inventory transactions; identify, resolve and find root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors
5. Manage communication with business resources, vendors to extract and analyze information needs and deliver any appropriate documentation to support team.
Daily Operations（日常运营工作）：
1. May have other support on daily operations/admin, such as internal process execution of certain products and answer questions in wechat groups.
Requirements (能力要求)：
1. Quick learner
2. Customer-centric, willing to communicate with people
3. Data analytical skill; advanced computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL/Word/PPT etc.
4. Supply chain knowledge, especially in business analyze or logistics will be a plus
5. English：Basic CET-4
