Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of General Ledger functions

• Prepare general ledger journals, monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis

• Monthly Balance Sheet review, reconciliations and Consolidation packs for Group reporting

• Prepare Management Reports in line with Group requirements

• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close processes and reporting and preparation of monthly related schedules

• Assist in timely and accurate submission of statutory filings, local tax, annual tax filing and ensure all payments are processed in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

• Assist Finance manager and Financial Controller as required in any ad-hoc activities.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accountancy. Professional qualification in Accountancy is a plus

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in bookkeeping or a similar role

• Above average ability to communicate in English both oral and written. Overseas education or experience will be an advantage

• Experience in Kingdee is an advantage

• A team player who is hands-on and meticulous in his/her work

• Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills

• Experience working in MNC companies will be an advantage
