Role Summary/Purpose

GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.This position will facilitate and lead program management processes to ensure proactive and timely support of the PetroChina Maintenance Repair Overhaul Center (MROC) in Lang Fang City, China. In addition, this position will represent the primary technical and logistics interface between GE Aeroderivative Gas Turbines and PetroChina within the MROC. This role is based in Lang Fang City, Hebei Province.

Essential Responsibilities

• Tracking and management of key program milestones and deliverables by both GE and PetroChina • Support workscope development in the maintenance, repair, overhaul and test of PetroChina owned LM2500+ SAC engines in the MROC – the scope of work for an Engine repair or overhaul based on inspection data results and service bulletin implementation. • Continuous audit of PetroChina MROC processes • Primary interface for the communication, tracking and management of technical and procedural issue resolutions programs • Inventory and logistics support of MROC on-site spares and rotables • Component repair disposition, engine test, and field support advisory in the interpretation of technical manuals. • Assist licensing manager in other contract related activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • At least 3 plus years’ experience in Engineering, Aero engine maintenance, Commercial or Supply Chain • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and verbal
