  Main  Tasks（工作职责）  

 Responsible for all production material(tools,washers,chemical and MRO(maintainence, repairing and operation))sourcing and pre-qualification, take part in primary negotiation and evaluationfor Sub-contracting

  

负责生产用原材料（模具，垫片，化学品，油品和低值易耗品）和外协加工采购和资质预评，参与前期谈判和评估

  

Long term preferred suppliers sourcing，building good relation with them and evaluate them periodly

  

长期致力于寻找更好的供应商，与供应商建立良好的合作关系并定期评估

  

Develop and audit suppliers in China according to annual schedule.

  

根据供应商发展计划开发并审核国内供应商

  

Support the material cost review on new products inquire stage

  

新产品询价原材料价格回顾和确认

  

Lead the supplier qualification to continuously drive the supplier improvement and development

  

持续推动供应商改进和提高

  

Control purchasing department budgets.

  

控制采购成本，努力达到预算目标

  

 

Professional  Profile（任职要求）  

Bachelor Degree; good communication skills and are good at coordinating information externally and internally.

  

本科学历，良好的沟通交流能力，擅长于协调内外信息。

  

Communicate in English without barriers

  

能使用英语无障碍沟通

  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office、Movex

  

熟练使用Movex,office 办公软件

  

Knowledge of business and management principles, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
