Responsibilities:

• Demand Plan, analyze historical data, collaborate with business team to maintain consistent demand forecast, and provide revenue projection.

• Supply Plan, convert demand plan into supply plan, optimize supply planning by concerning shelf life constraint, to minimize the scrap risk.

• Inventory management, SKU level stock min/max alert, communicate with cooperate DC for expedite and reschedule to maintain healthy stock level.

• Communication: Regular meeting with business function for demand/Supply risks. support a high level of customer satisfaction

• Minimal 2years experience in planning.

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

1.Studies-Experience:

-Bachelor, major in supply chain, logistics or international trading preferred

-Planning, order processing relative experience 2+ Years

2.Skills and Qualifications:

-Troubleshooting and analysis skills

-Familiar with Office, especially Excel, PPT.

-Familiar with Database tool, especially SQL, Access.

-Good self-learning ability, strong responsibility, good communication.

-Experience on SAP will be a plus.

-Have experience in both demand and supply planning, act as a key individual to support a high level of customer satisfaction

-Analyze inventory, optimize supply planning with shelf life management, to minimize the scrap risk.-Cross function communication to improve forecast accuracy.

-Support supply chain end to end Demand & Supply flow optimization.
