天津招聘

1. Checks on field critical process parameters compliance, tracks copper and insulation overconsumption deviation, performs root causes analysis , analyses results adequacy and proposes accordingly improvement actions such tooling replacement, process parameters adjustment, etc. in order to meet target objectives.
2. Checks overall industrial performance results such as TRO, Scrap Rate, Running Time, stopped products etc. Contributes to the analysis of potential industrial performance gap causes and to the development of improvement action plans during cross functional problem solving meetings.
3. Prepares and updates timely process parameter sheets and recipes of Bunching, Rod drawing, Multi-drawing, Extrusion, NPS and Rewinding processes in order to meet target performance and product compliance with technical specification.
4. Performs on field tests, oversees samples production as required for problems root causes analysis, action plans efficiency verifications or improvement project deployment. Develops testing report including test results of produced samples.
5. Undertakes process parameters verification and calibration such as debit tests, testing and calibration of plasticolor, verification of barrel and extrusion screw, bunching payoff calibration, etc. and takes accordingly adequate actions. Contributes to the validation of new equipments or upgrades.
6. Contributes to the updates of products technical specifications documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA and other revelant technical documents and datasheets.
7. Contributes to the Industrial performance KPI's review and proposes accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Department and the Company's objectives.
