Build up and maintain system, standard and procedure at site includes all the functions, operation and strategic suppliers, enable site to cope business growth and satisfy customer totally in TQCS (Technology, Quality, Cost, and Supply).
建立并维护公司体系,标准和程序，包括各部门,营运及战略伙伴供应商，以配合公司商业成长，达到客户全面满意（技术，质量，价格和服务）
1. To establish and maintain site quality and management system, and ensure compliance with Hi-P corporate wide management system requirement.
建立并维护公司质量管理体系, 并确保遵循赫比总部管理体系要求；
2. To build up and manage quality organization, competence development and quality trainings implementation.
建立并管理质量团队，能力拓展以及质量培训开展等；
3. To provide customer satisfaction in terms of TQSC.
达到客户全面满意（技术，质量，价格和服务）；
4. To implement and manage Product Quality Planning.
执行并管理产品质量计划；
5. To manage Supplier Quality.
管理供应商品质；
6. To manage Quality related KPI and drive for continuous improvement.
管理公司质量关键绩效指标，并持续发展；
7. Ensure Quality performance and Management System compliance by audit, and follow up with corrective and preventive actions.
通过审核落实各项质量及管理体系工作，提出纠正预防措施。
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience with leading a big QA team over 200 HCs will be better.
2. Better working experience in metal, such like stamping, CNC and other decoration process.
3. Better working experience in 3C biz.
4. Better have working experience with “A” & FATP.
5. Experience in Quality management > 8 years
6. Fluent English
