职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Normal hiring
a. Obtain requirements on candidates from hiring managers and identify potential candidates by using different channels;
b. Select suitable candidates and arrange & interview potential candidates for further interview, includes coordinate logistic/admin matters;
c. Negotiate C&B packages with identified candidates;
d. Coordinate in the on-board logistic/admin matters;
e. Submit and follow up payment to recruitment channel according to agreements;
f. Maintain the database of talent.
2. Recruitment policy & procedure
a. Implement recruitment policy and procedure effectively;
b. Annual AQ test renew;
c. Participate in annual policy & procedure review and renew.
3. Recruitment channel management
a. Consolidate the recruitment channel resources includes headhunter, school cooperation, job board, etc.;
b. Be responsible for annual headhunter assessment and contract renew.
4. Recruitment project
Participate in recruitment project such as FG/YT recruitment etc.
5. Report and analysis
Provide weekly and monthly recruitment report accurately and timely.
6. Other tasks assigned by management
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree, prefer major in Human Resource Management
More than 5 years’experience in recruitment
Skilled in MS office (Outlook, PPT, Excel, etc.)
Good communication skills and customer oriented
Experience in head-hunting firms is preferred
Good English skills Good interact with senior management
