1.负责新项目的开发和生产过程中的持续改进，确保项目能够顺利导入量产；并对项目的output、yield rate、process及成本降低进行持续改善

2.负责注塑工艺和相关文件的制定、审核与控制，BOM、WI的更新与优化

3.协调相关部门顺利完成新项目的开发和最后的量产，保质、保量准时交货

4.生产中的技术支持,工序、模具、设备、人员安排的优化

5.先进技术的导入，自动化的推广

岗位要求：

大专或以上文化程度，高分子材料或塑料模具专业

具备5以上工程塑料注塑成型工作经验，

熟悉模具结构熟练掌握塑料注塑成型专业英文

有较强的责任心和独立工作能力，并能按照上司的指令把工作执行到每个员工上

具有注塑部门管理经验

了解工艺文件技术流程（FEMA/SOP/DOE）

良好的沟通和人际关系
