Description:
To collaborate clinical trial with our customers, ensure the execution of clinical trial.
To help Clinical Manager to provide advanced applications support for development of Integrated Cath Lab solution (iLab) and applications. Act as the Voice of Customer to ensure products meet customer requirements.
To help Clinical Manager to provide assistance of application and validation support to engineer teams.
Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
· Provide clinical support to develop products for engineering and marketing
· Develop clinical documents, work goals and feedback mechanisms for clinical evaluation sites and work with the sited to ensure goals and objectives are met
· Manage customer complaints & system problem reports
· Help Clinical Manager to define requirements for new features to ensure intuitive & efficient workflow
· Establish and maintain close contacts and collaboration with external researchers (directly and through sales organization) to build a network of high profile customers by developing advanced applications with them and create or sustain Reference sites
· Help Clinical Manager to organize and participate in Medical Advisory Board meetings to build application roadmap and provide input to product development
· Report data at scientific congresses, customer seminars and internal training events
Quality Specific Goals:
· Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
· Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
· Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
· Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Required education level
· Relevant scientific or biomedical/clinical degree.
Required experience
· Skill in MS software
· Experience in communicating scientific data (talks, posters, papers)
Special knowledge
· Good in communication and at presentation skills
· Teaching ability: present complex material/ techniques in comprehensible terms, present a professional image
· Advanced influencing skills
· Fluency in English (spoken and written) and ideally another major European language
· Creative, flexible and well-organized
· Team player
