Inthis role, you have the opportunity to

Lead the operation and communication strategy, implementation andexecution to enable digital transformation for Philips R&D China. Build ahigh growth innovation organization that advance Philips digital transformationjourney as a global leader in Health Technology.

Youare responsible for

· Support operation and communicationkey projects in Philips China Innovation Hub.

· Collaborate with end-user, Finance, IT, Procurement andother relative departments to complete the operation procedure.

· Lead the efforts to compile weekly internalnewsletter

· Support external affairs such like news writing,visitor hosting and other activities

· Support company wise large events and engagementactivities

· Fulfill tasks assigned by line manager.

Youare a part of

Philips China InnovationHub’s operations team.

Tosucceed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

· Passion and high sense of responsibility to getthings done

· Detailed-oriented and skillful interpersonalcommunication skills

· Fluency in written/spoken English

· Strong learning capability

· Bachelor degree, English, business, management,journalists major related

· 3+ years’ working experience

· Good coordination and communications skill withstakeholders

· Excellent team player
