职位描述
1.Duties 工作职责
-Supporting sales team, expand the market sales within Japanese customers.
支持销售团队工作(日本客户)
- Quick response to customers’ enquires , orders follow-up, especially spare parts.
快速回复客户需求,包括备件报价,订单跟踪,尤其是备件订单。
-Create sales quotation and orders and release order properly in ERP system.
在ERP系统创建备件报价单、订单,并适时地释放执行订单。
-Communicate with Sales/Service/logistics/Financial to ensure sales machine order implementation.
积极与销售,服务,物流和财务各部门沟通以确保机器订单顺畅执行。
-Handle and follow up the warranty orders and goods return .
处理、跟踪保修单及客户退货处理。
-Handle and follow up temp-out case and monthly report to Sales/Service/logistic/Financial department to ensure write off every case.
处理和跟踪临时出库备件,每月定期向各部门呈报临时出库报告以便跟踪各案例直至其结束。
-Timely submit sales posted shipment documents with sales orders and has orders invoiced
及时呈报开票资料确保发票及时开具。
-Monthly check account and follow up the outstanding payments for the customers
每月与客户对账和跟催客户付款。
-Assist working to service enquires and prepare offers.
提供服务部相关服务费需求和报价。
-Sales report and statistics support.
销售报告和销售统计支持
-Weekly communication meeting for goods with logistic to improve customer service level.
每周与生产物流部沟通例会,完善提高服务水平。
2.Education and Experience教育/专业和工作背景
-College degree in Admin, or in Sales or an equivalent combination of education
-2 years of work experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination in an international company
3.Competences, Skills应掌握的知识和技能(如有特殊技能,请描述)
-Language Skill:Have a good command of Japanese and basic knowledge of English
-Self-motivated and well communication skills
-Good technical skills and understanding
-Good service consciousness
