职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责分公司各类报销单据及资金报表的复核工作。
2、负责分公司的财务核算，及时向总部提供各类财务报表及其他经营分析资料。
3、指导会计人员依法纳税、合理避税，保证公司良好的纳税记录。
4、组织完成分公司财务决算，为制定分公司全面预算提供数据支撑。
5、组织完成分公司的全面预算编制，落实和检查各项预算指标的完成情况。
6、依据财务管理规定，指导各类资产的核查、盘点工作，确保公司资产安全、完整、保值、增值。
7、负责分公司财务人员的专业培训工作，提高财务人员素质，树立良好的职业道德。
8、负责银行、税务等相关外围主管单位的关系维护。
任职要求：
1、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化的操作，精通相关财税法律法规。
2、28岁-40岁，财务、会计、金融、投资、管理等专业大专以上学历，有中级会计师职称优先。
3、三年以上财务管理或三年以上同等管理岗位工作经验。
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力。
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较好的承压能力。
