职位描述
* Oversee the digital development and data management process across China MKT teams to ensure well-defined architecture, systematic process and enable state-of-the-art digital capability to support channel MKT and Brand&Comm. development.
* Working closely with procurement to manage a pool of well-selected digital MKT vendors and define a clear process of digital development
* As a digital partner to channel MKT and B&C teams to understand well the business objectives and bring technical expertise and digital creativity into the MKT planning and implementation.
* Working closely with global digital teams to ensure data security in all digital solutions in China MKT
* As the single contact point for data management across different channels and consumer/customer touch points to develop central data architecture and data analytics solutions enable better transparency, improve MKT investment efficiency and unlock future business opportunities.
* Manage and optimize digital data analytics capability.
* Lead the planning and implementation of data-analytics on EC to provide consumer and market insight by working closely with insight manager.

Digital development
* Working closely with procurement to create a pool of well-selected digital MKT vendors and a clear process of digital development to bring efficiency and effectiveness on digital solution development.
* As a close partner to channel MKT and B&C teams to understand well the business objectives and bring technical expertise and digital creativity into the MKT planning and implementation.
* As project manager for global digital solutions to implement local rollout and train the business key users.
* Familiar with latest Martech solutions and identify, pilot or implement the digital innovations aligned with global digital teams
Data management
* Manage and optimize digital data analytics capability
* As the single contact point for data management across different channels and consumer/customer touch points to develop central data architecture and data analytics solutions enable better transparency, improve MKT investment efficiency and unlock future business opportunities.
* Manage and optimize digital data analytics capability.
* Lead the planning and implementation of data-analytics on EC to provide consumer and market insight by working closely with insight manager.
Bachelor and above
* At least 6 years hands-on experience in managing MKT related digital product development
* At least 3 years of channel and consumer related data management experience with architecture planning focus
* Experience with CRM implementation and administration, salesforce.com experience is a big plus.
* Experience with delivering of digital project using agile methodology
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills in global, matrix environment
* Fluent in English, and a great user of MS office tools.
