1、接受在线客户询盘信息跟进开发成交，积极受理线上信息，努力成交客户，认真维护客户关系，保持客户持续订舱；

2、持续跟进开发客户，实现最大成交转化率，完成个人绩效指标，实现业绩增长目标；

3、维护好老客户关系实现持续订单；

4、按公司财务制度要求，做好客户应收款管理，避免出现呆坏账；

5、按公司管理制度要求，做好业务操作风险控制与防范；

任职要求：

1. 相关资历要求：接纳应届毕业生或拥有国际航运管理、国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业大学专科或以上者优先；

2. 一定的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练操作电脑；

3. 喜欢接受新事物，较好的学习力，思路清楚、有良好的沟通技巧和语言表达能力，普通话流利，性格开朗;

4.高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神;
