Finance Internal for RHQ support

1. Purchase request generation for Finance department and payment request proceeding

2. RHQ system financial information maintenance including but not limited to new vendor and customer information creation in QAD, operating lease system maintenance etc.

3. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts

4. Accounting voucher and contract arrangement

5. Other Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

2. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

3. Knowledge of finance principles and financial reporting

4. Attention to detail and accuracy

5. Skilled in MS office(excel, word etc.)

6. Proficient in both Chinese and English
