Job Description

1. Market responsibility (TNS & OVC) for SP all DC in China & APS
2. Define brand/portfolio/sourcing/price positioning strategy for entire portfolio in CN+APS and support exporting business with local sourcing
3. Perform product and program management with definition of priorities, taking cost and profitability into account.
4. Create market introduction strategies by creating and providing sales and marketing concepts. Continuously survey and analyses the markets and competition to derive product strategies
5. Develop concepts for new products, evaluate technical and economic feasibility, coordinate with interface departments and prepare decisions. Coordinate the realization.
6. Ensure a competitive market coverage, TOP vehicle coverage and time to market.

Qualifications

1. 6+ years’ experience in the automotive industry (preferably Automotive Aftermarket)？？？？
2. Good technical background to deal with technical products
3. Strategic thinking to develop market and product strategies
4. Implementation of defined projects according to market requirements
5. Profound leadership experience (preferably in the international context)
6. Cross cultural management knowledge and competence (preferably in the Asia Pacific context)
7. Budget Management experience
8. Fluent English in speaking and writing (additional language skill German or Chinese a plus)？？？？？？？？？？？？
