职位描述：

1. 组织本班组人员，依照作业指导，完成《日生产计划》及其它工作内容；
2. 负责生产过程的总执行，监督班组人员按照要求进行日常工作，确保所有生产人员 符合公司生产要求；
3. 协助生产主管，对生产一线人员进行生产操作的培训；
4. 有较强的沟通和表达能力；
5. 具备相关计算机操作技能，熟练操作excel,word软件；
6. 负责对设备的日常维护保养；
7. 负责现场5S.；
8. 主管安排的其他事情 。

任职要求：

  1、高中或以上学历；

  2、三年以上电镀线（滚镀锌）操作经验，能操作电脑及电镀程序者优先

  3 、熟悉电镀设备及保养，能进行简单维修；

  4、工作踏实刻苦，责任心强；

  5、身体健康，无化学品过敏史，可适应倒班。

  6、了解生产车间的EHS（环境健康安全）要求

  7、有一定的生产车间管理经验。

本职位为代布尔顿紧固件（中国）有限公司天津分公司发布，工作地址为天津市静海区滨港电镀产业园。
