一、Description - (Enter the key activities of the role)

Responsible for developing and executing events/exhibitions to promote Elekta brand and products

二、Responsibilities and HIRING Requirements(Using e.g. bullet points, identify the detailed aspects and specific responsibilities of the role.

1、Event planning and management: take care of events, exhibition, user meeting etc. creatively and effectively in consistent with company business strategy.

2、Good communication and cooperation with different internal stakeholders to align business needs and to make sure same brand message communicated to the market and keep Elekta’s brand in a top level

3、Vendor management: Manage agencies, coordinate with all 3rd party suppliers to deliver creative and high quality event standard.

4、Event budget management.

5、Commercial process management incl. project application, bidding mgt., payment, post-report, KPI tracking etc.

6、Other tasks assigned according to department responsibility.

三、Professional Qualification requirement (specific certificate/training needed for this position)

Certificate：CET-6 or equivalent/above language level certificate

四、Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies - (For the role, specify the following: - educational background and knowledge, - details of relevant experience, - skills required for the role, - key performance competencies that are required) ：

1、 Education：

Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, brand management or business preferred.

2、Experience：

More than 3 years working experience at multi-national companies. Medical industry working experience is a plus.

3、Professional Knowledge：

Excellent knowledge and competence in event/exhibition creative & management

Relatively good command of English and Chinese writing/translation skills

Excellent skills of Microsoft Office and computer skills

Digital marketing experience is a plus

Photo/video processing, Photoshop, InDesign is preferred but not a must
