&#61607； Schedule meetings & appointments and organization of various meetings and ensure they are properly co-coordinated
&#61607； Attend meetings, co-ordinate agenda and take minutes
&#61607； Manage travel logistics such as flights, hotels, transfers, visa, etc； putting up agenda once the travel logistics is finalized
&#61607； Handle external parties with good manner either in person or through telephone
&#61607； Handle all incoming correspondence confidently and ensure information is cascaded to supervisor and key personnel when necessary, especially when supervisor is absent from office
&#61607； Prepare presentation materials, typing of document and correspondence
&#61607； Compiling of management reports and ensure accurate and timely submission of information
&#61607； Translation and interpretation


Job Requirement职位需求
&#61607； Bachelor degree or above
&#61607； Minimum 3 years related working experiences
&#61607； Excellent communication skills with excellent oral & written English and experienced in written & oral translation, TEM-8 & Senior Oral Interpretation certificate holder is preferred
&#61607； Proficient in MS Office, especially excellent skill in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
&#61607； Be able to work under pressure
