Job Duties:

◆ Overall responsibility for successful project(s) execution to meet the project charter(s).

Process: follow LEANPD process and control documentation including design and development history.

◆ Leadership: be a role model for TE project members as appropriate and represent to our customers a person with the highest integrity, a positive attitude, technical competence, a strong work ethic, and a high level of project management professionalism.

◆ Cost control: manage the project capital, expense and resource expenditures to stay within budget and ensure that the financial returns are maintained.

◆ Communications: develop the project communication plan, lead weekly project reviews with customers, hold periodic internal project reviews as needed, report project progress, and manage and influence stakeholder expectations.

◆ Planning: Lead and develop effective project plans including the core areas of project integration, timing, costs, risk management, communications, project quality, human resources, procurement planning, and scope.

◆ Risk management: effectively create, monitor, and control risk management plans.

◆ Customer management: perform integrated change management control including establishing the change management procedure, maintaining the risk register, and getting payment from customers for agreed upon changes.

◆ Capacity planning: develop and maintain capacity plans at the global assembly level to the component level.

◆ Technical leadership and problem solving: create and maintain a technical team environment (including customer technical resources) where decision points are quickly identified, reviewed, analyzed, and decisions made while building teamwork and commitment to the project while maintaining the project schedule.

◆ Economic analysis: conduct as needed analyses in support of project control, alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, cost calculations, etc.

◆ Resource management: effectively lead project teams and allocate resources as needed.

Skills/ Qualifications:

◆ Bachelor or above engineering degree

◆ Project management experience with progressive responsibilities may be considered in lieu of education 10 + years preferred) under one of the industry quality management system (ISO 9000, TS16949, AS9100).

◆ 2+ years experience in sensors products desired

◆ Project Management Professional certification a plus (PMP)

◆ Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

◆ Must be able to effectively work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

◆ Strong aptitude for problem solving

◆ Able to work effectively under pressure

◆ Rigorous result oriented

◆ Problem solving mindset
