We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-Work as part of the Market Digital team as the CCO Country Lead, to develop, maintain and manage risk, issues and controls that support Digital business objectives within agreed risk appetite.
-Maintain and/or develop a subject matter expertise in the area of digital innovation for market specific controls and subsequent emerging digital risks relating to the market. Whilst contributing to knowledge share among the cross-functional ASP Digital Risk Group
-Work closely with subject matter experts in each of the Risk sub-functions, drawing on and facilitating specialised advice for new digital onboarding journeys
-Improve processes for risk and issue management, including embedding collaborative modern tooling

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
?
-Significant understanding of risk and control areas inherent in providing Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance products and services to individuals, including the emerging Fraud, Legal, Information Security and Financial Crime risks inherent in mobile and web-based services.
-Solutions-orientated approach and proven ability to constructively and practically support business priorities.
-Experience in constructively challenging the status quo, particularly from a digital innovation perspective.
-Ability to identify, assess and break down the technical details of any digital solution from a Risk and Controls perspective, while understanding the overall strategic priorities and maintaining a focus on customer experience
-Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of matrix, cross-functional and globally located teamwork.
-Experience and knowledge of web-based services and/or technical expertise preferable but not essential
