Primary Responsibilities:
· Drive sourcing deliverables in product development project milestones to secure project launch timely
确保产品开发项目过程中各个阶段采购任务的按时顺利实现
· Make sourcing strategy, set up supply chain with appropriate suppliers, and to drive to hit cost/quality target.
为产品开发项目制定采购战略，选择合适的供应商并建立供应链，并达到预定的成本和质量目标
· Identify qualified local suppliers and setup capable supply chain to support localization projects
开发合格的本地供应商并完成产品本土化项目
· Support product lifecycle maintenance from sourcing perspective:
支持成熟产品在整个生命周期中的维护工作：
- secure solution deployment to all EOL components
确保停产元件的解决方案顺利实施
- support demand or emergency from customer install bases
为来自于客户场地的需求提供支持

Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and Master's degree is preferred
机械或电子相关工程技术本科以上学历，硕士优先
· 3 years' working experience in sourcing related functions, and experience in multi-national company is preferred
三年以上的采购相关工作经验，有跨国公司工作经历者优先
· Engineering experience is preferred
有工程技术经验者优先
· Proven project management, analytical, and negotiation skills

· Ability to communicate globally (bi-lingual)
